Travelly Vacation Planning Agreement
- By initiating a booking with Travelly, you confirm that you are authorizing Travelly or its designated Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line to process a charge of $150 as a planning deposit for your trip. It is essential to thoroughly review this agreement before signing, accepting, or acknowledging it. If you are coordinating travel not only for yourself but for others in your group, every mention of “I,” including but not limited to “my” and “me,” within this document applies to you and every individual for whom you are arranging travel.
Terms and Conditions
- I acknowledge that Travelly acts purely as a facilitator between myself and the actual providers of travel services, and is not the direct supplier of the requested services. I have been informed of the service providers responsible for my travel arrangements. I choose to utilize these providers and agree not to hold Travelly accountable for any failure on the part of these suppliers to:
- deliver the agreed-upon travel services,
- adhere to any relevant laws, or
- avoid any negligent acts or omissions resulting in injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience to me.
- I understand that Travelly is not liable for any harm, damage, or loss I might incur due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, with the exception of direct consequences arising from its gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Upon receipt, I will verify the details of my travel documents and understand that I can consult Travelly for any clarifications. I acknowledge my responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all travel details provided to me and confirm these details with Travelly.
- I am aware that travel bookings generally come with restrictions, including but not limited to cancellation penalties, and that any changes to my travel plans could incur additional costs.
- I recognize the requirement by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to possess a government-issued ID for flight boarding, and that this ID must match the details on my ticket and booking records. Failure to comply may lead to boarding denial or security delays.
- For international travel, I understand the necessity of a valid passport and, depending on my destination and nationality, possibly one or more visas.
- Travelly does not possess specific knowledge regarding the financial stability of travel service providers, nor about potential safety or health hazards at travel destinations. For such information, I am directed to consult appropriate government resources and health advisories.
- I accept full responsibility for verifying passport, visa, vaccination, and other entry requirements, as well as understanding all health, safety, security, and political conditions of my travel destinations.
- I am informed of the option to purchase travel insurance to mitigate risks such as supplier default and emergencies preventing travel.
- I understand that a $150 vacation planning deposit is required as part of initiating the travel planning process with Travelly. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the booked trip if travel is confirmed within 30 days of the planning process initiation. Should I choose not to proceed with the booked travel within this timeframe, the deposit will be converted into a non-refundable service fee to compensate for the time and resources spent in planning and sourcing travel options.
